Choose the Type tool and type SWAN.
Choose the text and navigate to Type>Create Outlines
Choose the ‘S’ using Direct Selection tool.
Click on the anchor points of "S" with the Direct Selection tool and change their positions to make a shape like swan.
Change the colour as lightblue and white gradient (radial) fill and no stroke.
Set the colour of the remaining part as light blue fill and black stroke.
Now, the ‘S’ has changed to a swan.
